Primary School
Learning through inquiry to support social, emotional and academic excellence
The Primary IB Programme at CIS provides a unique learning environment with a central philosophy of learning through inquiry. It is a transdisciplinary programme designed to go beyond siloed subjects and ways of thinking.
Subjects are taught holistically at CIS through themed Units of Inquiry. This teaching method encourages our students to think critically and creatively about new knowledge, promoting more confident, curious minds. Students move away from finding the “correct” answer and towards making sense of a changing world through collaboration and connection making.
The international, diverse faculty of CIS teachers are devoted to delivering the nuanced learning for your child.
