Daily activities such as crafts, music, movement and educational games are organised in a child-centered, interest-based setting,

Andrea will be in charge of Activity Camp, she is a trained teacher who has been working at Copenhagen International School the past school years. We encourage creativity, independence, and curiosity through various learning age-appropriate experiences.

There will be a variety of hands-on project-based learning activities for the children to take part in each day. We will have a mix of arts and crafts, sports, science experiments, building and creating centers, gardening, cooking and many more.

In addition to the above, we will be taking a field trip at least once a week. You will be informed about the day, place and timings at the start of the summer program.

The EAL (English as an Additional Language) classes during summer school are designed for learners who are new to the English language, or who have some experience with it and would like to build on their skills with lots of fun and no peer pressure.

The Intensive English classes are designed for students who are not native English speakers, or new to English or have some experience with the English language and would like to build on their English language skills. You are welcome to sign up for 1 or 2 weeks since each day will be designed to meet the needs of those who attend.

Our past students have completed the program with developed confidence and a positive view of learning English.

Learn English the fun way

Are you just learning to speak English? Or have you been taking English classes for some time but you want to get even more comfortable, even more eloquent? Then this is the place for you! Come learn English with other kids your age and at your level playing games, singing songs, listening to stories, watching and discussing movies, cooking, reading books just right for you, and creating your own stories to share and illustrate. You will have experienced EAL teachers who are trained in the most recent language acquisition methods and who know how to fit the program to your needs. This should be a week of vacation in English, not work!

Students can sign up for 1 or 2 weeks. The classes will not be taught as a continuation from one week to the other. However, if there are students in the language classes who sign up for 2 weeks, we will ask the teacher to differentiate the instructions.
