Taj from Admissions presents our Punjabi manifesto

"Punjabi is widely spoken on the Indian sub-continent and is the official language of the Indian state of Punjab, birthplace of the Sikh religion. It is the 10th most common language spoken in the world. With the help of my in-laws, I have been able to translate the school manifesto into Punjabi, a language that I hear almost every day. I grew up in a Sikh household in Tanzania, and for many years, Punjabi and Swahili were the only languages I spoke. So when we moved to the UK and I had my first day at an English school, I could not understand or speak a word of English. Thankfully, that is not the case anymore. And now I have to master Danish!"

Curious to find out how many translations of our manifesto we have so far? Or why we're translating it at all? Find out here.
