4th-grader: “The sum is more than its parts”

“The colours in my coat of arms represent different people, religions, beliefs and different opinions,” explains Sid. “In the centre I have put 4C which is my class but I can also put CIS because I think my coat of arms can be for the whole school. I have put two circles around it, one blue and one pink to represent boys and girls. I have showed that people come from different places, Denmark, India and CIS. I like maths and the coat of arms shows equations spilling out of the book and into the person's brain. I also wrote some mottos, community, invention and super kids for CIS. The two brains are connected to show thoughts being shared. I want to write 1+1+1 is more than 3 to say the sum is more than its part.”
